This is a great time to learn "the process" and how to protect your interests by becoming familiar with the paper work necessary in purchasing a home.
We also provide direct access to our mortgage representative to determine what you can afford and the different incentives which may be available to first time home buyers at this time in Arizona. Placing you home on the market is more than simply p a for sale sign out front. Buyers are on the internet and can find out a lot about your home, including when you bought it, and for how much. You need your home marketed with professional photos and priced yasks how much my home is worth, the answer is ALWAYS, as much as someone is willing to pay for it.

One of the things we will NOT do is place a sign on your front yard and then you never hear from us again. We stay in touch with you before and during the process. We recommend you get a home/termite inspections BEFORE the buyer does so there are no surprises.
We only carry five listings at a time. Until one is sold/ one has to wait if we are at our limit.
